I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in financial services. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to step away from the corporate environment and build a career focused on helping people and making a more personal impact.
Being part of our community is important to us. Our agency stays involved through local events, including Movies in the Park, community festivals, and other sponsorship opportunities throughout the year.

As an Account Manager for Daria Kent - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
