I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in financial services. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to step away from the corporate environment and build a career focused on helping people and making a more personal impact.
Being part of our community is important to us. Our agency stays involved through local events, including Movies in the Park, community festivals, and other sponsorship opportunities throughout the year.
Our office is laid-back, lively, and fast-paced. We enjoy working together while staying focused on providing a great experience for our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Daria Kent - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Polish, Ukrainian or Russian preferred.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
